We all knew, having a plan is inevitable and so is progress tracking. Even if you have the best brain in this world, you might not remember your bench press load on the 4th of March 2015.
Writing stuff down no matter if physically or on your phone is necessary to see how good you perform in your current style of training. Was the progress better with three days of rest per week or did you hit the numbers of Eddie Hall by squatting twice a day? If yes, you probably shouldn’t switch to a 5-day split. Just saying.
I think you get the point. We are different Humans living different lives with different problems.
There is only one way to find out what’s best for you. Trial and error. This game has to be fought by each of us.
I can just give you the tools. It is up to you to choose the best ones.
